GAFL started its operation as an integrated agricultural farm including fishery, poultry, dairy, Agri, and horticulture. Now it is mainly working to boost up fish production, Paddy, and Jute Production and contribute to vegetable growing in all seasons of the year. GAFL also wants to share experience and acquired technology with local fish and vegetable farmers under a contract growing system by remodeling their existing indigenous method of fish farming and growing vegetables in the temperature-controlled and rain-protected shade house.
